Terms of Service

Agreement
By accessing apiwhere.com, joining the waitlist, or using APIWhere during private beta, you agree to these Terms. If you use APIWhere on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Early access & beta
APIWhere is offered as a private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may invite waitlist members in cohorts. Beta services are provided "as is" with no uptime or fitness guarantees beyond what we expressly commit in writing for your plan.
Acceptable use
- Use APIWhere only for lawful FinOps and billing visibility purposes.
- Connect only credentials you are authorized to use.
- Do not probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Do not resell or misrepresent APIWhere without a written agreement.
Your data & connectors
You retain ownership of your billing data and credentials. You grant APIWhere a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service — including scheduled read-only sync from provider billing APIs. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of credentials you connect.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIWhere is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for billing decisions you make based on dashboards and alerts. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred USD if you are on a free or waitlist-only tier.
Termination
You may stop using APIWhere at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform. Waitlist signups can be removed on request.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
